Tricia loves running all across Duluth with her dog, Ramsey. When she's not running she's taking advantage of all the things our amazing city has to offer with her husband, Noah - like hiking, biking, and enjoying good food & beer. In her day job, Tricia leads the development and promotion of tourism, arts, and culture in Duluth.
Her favorite post run ritual is a coffee from 190 Coffee & Tea, and a donut from Johnson's Bakery.
She is super passionate about helping women unleash their inner badass.
