In 2013, I started a blog called Run, Selfie, Repeat and had no idea what the hell I was doing. I had just gone viral for taking selfies with "hot guys" behind me while I tried to survive a half marathon. Despite the fact that I was the self proclaimed former President of the "I f*cking hate running club", I launched a running blog called Run, Selfie, Repeat.
A lot happened in a very short four years: I met the royals, went from “I don’t think I’m a runner” to a 3 hour and 41 minute marathoner(!!!) running down self-doubt and fear along the way, started the #SportsBraSquad, landed the cover of Women’s Running Magazine(!!!), and saw thousands of badass women cross their very first finish lines.
All my life, the health and fitness industry showed me how strength is supposed to look, and it never looked like me. I never saw women with my body type represented as strong and today, I call bullshit because strength doesn’t have a look. Health isn’t a look, it’s a lifestyle.
SHE CAN & SHE DID IS A PLATFORM DEDICATED TO REDEFINING WHAT STRENGTH LOOKS LIKE.
Inclusion and representation matters. It’s because of our stories that we’re seeing women of all different shapes, sizes, and ages as strong.
If you have a story of how running helped you thrive, survive, or become empowered, share it. Share your voice with the Badass Lady Gang because when we can see ourselves in the stories of others, our perceptions change. We start to believe that we aren’t an ‘other’ or alone like we had once thought. That we too are capable of making impossible possible as well.
The future isn’t just female, it’s strong, smart, emboldened, united, driven, funny, and ambitious as hell.

Coaching & training plans
Getting ready to run your first half marathon or marathon? Looking to PR your next race by breaking 2 or 2 and a half hours in the half? 4 or 5 hours in the full? Let's make your crazy goal a reality! As an RRCA certified running coach, I have three levels of training to help you run down your goals:
1. Basic training plans.
2. Comprehensive Training journals.
3. One on One Coaching.
My plans and journals combine endurance, recovery, reflection, and speed work to prepare you for your race. But these training plans require an extra layer of commitment. We will spend weeks looking within, embracing challenges, questioning and reflecting the way we see and talk to ourselves. I'm a huge believer that running is a mental sport and my training spends an equal amount of time on your mental game as we do building physical strength. By investing in coaching or my training journals, you won’t just cross a finish line, you’ll walk away with a rock solid belief in yourself, what you’re capable of, and how to power through anything that stands in your way.
So what are you waiting for? Let's run down your goals together!
Now in over 50 cities around the world, the Badass Lady Gang is free global movement connecting women who are getting active in ways that empower them & REDEFINING WHAT STRENGTH LOOKS LIKE.
